What days and times are trainers available for sessions?
We’re flexible. Just let us know your preferred time,we’ll match you with the right trainer near you.
Where can the training take place?
We can train you at your home, condo gym, office, or even a nearby outdoor park. Whatever works best for you.
What if I don’t have any equipment at home?
No worries.Our coaches will bring the equipment needed for your workout like yoga mats, resistance bands, and dumbbells.
How long is each training session?
Each session lasts around 60 minutes. It includes warm up, personalized training, and cool down. We adapt the pace based on your goals and fitness level.
Is training available in my area?
We cover most of Klang Valley. Let us know your location and we’ll match you with a nearby coach.
Will I reach my fitness goals?
At DSF, we focus on making your fitness journey realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable. Our approach is different no extreme diets, no painful bootcamps, and no guilt driven routines. Instead, you’ll get a simple, guided plan with the support of certified trainers, and the expertise of doctors and nutritionists when needed.
Can I just take nutrition support without training?
Yes.We offer nutrition-only packages. No pressure just tell us what you need, and we’ll support you at your pace.

We have in-house doctors who can provide pre-exercise screening, review blood pressure, previous injuries, joint pain, and guide your trainer to adjust the plan. We don’t just “work around pain” we help you understand where it’s coming from.
Can DSF help with specific conditions like PCOS, diabetes, or high cholesterol?
Yes. Our medical team and nutritionists work together to design fitness and nutrition strategies for clients with specific health concerns. Everything is customized, and your safety always comes first.
